Meet Our Team
Bill Cross - President/Treasurer
Bill has been the President/Treasurer for BVA almost a year now and on the Board of Directors for two years.. You will see him walking with his wife Kim and dog Chewy, at the Clubhouse playing pool or swimming. Bill is a 3rd generation Homeowner in Breezy Village, so he cares deeply for the community. Bill is also on the Governing Documents Workshop. If you can't find Bill in the community, he is fishing.
Gary Oberdorf - Vice President/RV Storage Lot
Gary and Vicki spend a great deal of their time working hard. You'll see Vicki around the Clubhouse a lot of times or taking a drive on her scooter around the community. Gary is semi-retired right now and has taken on the extra task of the RV Storage Lot.
Rae Klinzing - Secretary
Secretary to the Board of Directors, Rae probably has the most intense job on the Board. She and her husband Frank are here year round and with their dog Gracie, you can see them driving about in their golf cart and visiting to get Gracie her much wanted treats from the neighborhood. You may also find them at the swimming pool. Rae is always around with cookies or something sweet. Rae is also part of the Governing Documents workshop.
Annette Yost - Assistant Treasurer
Annette and Bill live in BV full time and have owned since 2022 and have 3 beautiful kitties. They both work full-time and they enjoy sitting in front of their house catching some breeze and talking to all of the neighbors that pass by. Certifications
Val Bowser - Assistant Secretary
Val and Rick are "Snowbirds" and enjoy the beauty of Sebastian, FL from October - May each year. They have been part of the community for over 20 years. Most times if you can't find them at the swimming pool, you will find them at the beach or helping somewhere in the community.
Gail Bielizna - Director in Charge of Pool
Gail is a full-time resident of Breezy Village. She loves to be involved and walks Lucee daily around the community. Gail and little Lucee are new to our community and have lots of great ideas. Gail is also on the Social Committee and the Governing Documents Workshop.
Jo Ann Boyd - Director in Charge of Clubhouse
Jo and Darrell (we all know Darrell) have been part of the BVA Community for almost 30 years. They are "Snowbirds"" as well. Their son Kevin lives here all year long. Jo Ann is part of the Social Committee and the Governing Documents Workshop. She has given much of her time to helping those in BVA.
