There are many committees that make up a community. In Breezy Village, we have the following:

BV Social Committee (BVSC)

BV's Social Committee works hard to achieve the "We know everyone, personally" mentality. BVSC holds a luncheon for almost every holiday, sends out well wishes, and has surprise parties for the community, monthly Coffee Klatch, and a monthly Luncheon.

They also help families that have lost a loved one in the community by holding a memorial, for the community.

The BVSC is the committee that provides us with our extra amenities, such as a cornhole boards and bags, card table, BINGO boards, Shuffle Board, tables and chairs, and pool furniture, Ping Pong Table, and a Pool Table.

THESE MEETINGS ARE PAUSED DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS

BVSC Meets every 2nd Monday of the month at 11:00 AM in the Clubhouse or on Zoom for your convenience. â€‹

BVSC has some interesting and exciting community events. Please keep updated with the EVENTS page. Contributions are accepted by BVSC.

BVA Governing Documents Workshop and Committee

The revival of the Declaration, Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions (DRC&C) have been completed. The workshop and committee are now in the process of completing the Policies and Forms to reflect the Florida and Indian River County Statutes. They have proposed new Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws. Until the time that those pass by 2/3 of the community you may read the current recorded information on the "Homeowners' Portal" (sign-in required). BVA is using the Florida Statute 720 as our bylaws at this time. This committee meets every 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. All are welcome (just let us know and we will approve your entry to the Zoom meeting)

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The property owner is responsible for compliance with all regulations stated in the “AMENDED AND RESTATED Declaration, Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions FOR BREEZY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.” or otherwise stated in the ARC guidelines.  The ARC Request form and ARC Stop Work Order, are used to ensure that the community is in compliance with the DRC&C and new Federal/State/Local Statutes. ARC Request form and Indian River County Permits must be issued before work may begin. We do not have a full ARC right now and the Board of Directors is filling in for them, this is completed at Board of Directors Meetings
