Breezy Village Association, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit Subdivision located in Sebastian, Florida, Indian River County.  We are a 55+ Deed Restricted Community with over 100 members. We pride ourselves on helping each other and ensuring that we all work together to make BVA a better place to live. Members of the community own their home and land.
